ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Federal Law Minister Azam Nazir Tarar said that there should be no politics on judges' letter and freedom of the judiciary.

Expressing his views on Monday, he said that the government wants to bring truth out so that no such complaint should emerge in the future. He said that lawyer bodies' trust in the appointment of former CJP Tassaduq Hussain Jillani reflects their seriousness, which is a positive step as well.

Sindh Senior Minister Sharjeel Memon said that there is a question mark on abrupt remembrance of the independence of judiciary by all. "Former PM Zulfikar Ali Bhutto was hanged and Benazir and Asif Zardari served long jail. Elected prime ministers were disqualified. Why was freedom of judiciary not remembered then," he added.
