This year remained very positive for Pakistan with regard to diplomacy: FO spokesperson

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Foreign Office Spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch has said that this year remained very positive for Pakistan with regard to diplomacy.

Addressing the weekly briefing on Thursday, she said that relations with Russia are strengthening with the passage of time.

"Pakistan has highlighted the Kashmir and Palestine issue at the international level. Efforts are going on with regard to the anti-terrorism and anti-money laundering along with the European Union and other stakeholders," she added.

The FO spokesperson said that Pakistan played an active role in the IOC Contact Group for Kashmir and Palestine. "India continued atrocities in the Occupied Kashmir and Pakistan fully presented its stance on Kashmir," she maintained.

She said that Pakistani missions in Jeddah and Khartoum made possible the repatriation of 1,500 stranded Pakistanis. "Moreover, Pakistanis stranded in Italy have been brought back," she added.
