Threats to female judge: IHC grants interim bail to Imran Khan till October 7
ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Sunday granted interim bail to PTI Chairman Imran Khan in the case pertaining to threatening Magistrate Zeba Chaudhary till October 7.
During the hearing, PTI’s counsel Babar Awan submitted a bail application. Islamabad High Court orders Imran Khan to submit 10,000 bonds and directed him to appear in the trial court.
Earlier, Senior Civil Judge Rana Mujahid Rahim had issued arrest warrants for PTI chairman Imran Khan in the case. The warrants had been issued in the case registered under sections 506, 504, 188 and 189 of the Pakistan Penal Code at the Margalla police station on August 20.
