Threats to female judge: IHC orders to remove terrorism provisions against Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday ordered to remove terrorism provisions against Imran Khan for threatening a female judge and officials of the Islamabad police.

The Islamabad High Court issued a written order to remove the terrorism provisions from the case against Imran Khan. According to the Court order, the proceedings will continue in the relevant forums under other provisions. The provisions of terrorism are not made in this case.

The court transferred the case from the Anti-Terrorism Court to the Sessions Court.
