Three alleged kidnappers killed in encounter with CTD in Peshawar

PESHAWAR (92 News) – The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) has gunned down three alleged kidnappers and two others managed to flee during a raid in Matani’s area in Peshawar. During the raid, the kidnappers opened firing on police party, in retaliation three kidnappers were killed on the spot while two others managed to escape. The official said an encounter took place during which three kidnappers Sherzada from Malakand and Malang and Ayaz from Charsadda were gunned down. The police said the slain were involved in a number of incidents of kidnapping and extortion.
