Six bodies, 10 injured recovered from Karachi’s collapsed building

KARACHI (92 New) – Six bodies and 10 injured have been recovered from the building collapsed in Karachi’s Layari on Sunday night. Pak Army jawans and Engineering Corps personnel are carrying out the rescue operation. Two policemen were also injured during the rescue operation. On the other hand, the people residing around the collapsed building have migrated to safe places. Locals said that there are several buildings in a dilapidated condition. “But people are forced to live in such buildings because they have no alternate,” they added. Meanwhile, the Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) has declared 46 buildings as dangerous in the city.
