Three cops martyred, one terrorist killed in attack on Gilgit checkpost

GILGIT (92 News) – Three police personnel were killed while two others were injured in a terrorists attack on a police check post in Kargah in Gilgit. According to the reports, the terrorists attacked on the police check post and martyred two cops and one terrorist was also killed in retaliatory firing in the incident early on Saturday. The deceased and injured have been shifted to the district hospital. on the other hand, unidentified persons attacked on the Diamer Deputy Commissioner Dildar Malik's home. The deputy commissioner and his family was saved in the attack. Police said that the terrorist was involved in recent attacks on schools in Diamer. Earlier, 12 schools were vandalised and set on fire by unidentified persons in different areas of Diamer.
