Three day anti-polio campaign kicks off in Balochistan

QUETTA (92 News) – A three-day anti-polio drive kicked off in 15 districts of Balochistan on Monday. Over 1.6 million children under the age of five will be vaccinated against the virus. More than 3000 teams have been formed to administer polio drops in door to door campaign. The security forces have been deployed at sensitive areas to protect the teams. Special arrangements have also been made to administer anti-polio drops to children of Temporarily Displaced Persons returning to their native areas.
