Three die as incessant rains continue to wreak havoc in Balochistan

QUETTA (92 News) - Three people were killed when the roof of a house collapsed in Kharan as incessant rains continued to wreak havoc across the province.

Owing to the rains, several houses collapsed and roads were washed away. All streets, roads and bazaars are giving a pond-like look.

According to authorities, up three feet water has accumulated in houses. Several dykes broke due to rains in Nagor and there is a danger of water flowing towards Gwadar.

The Balochistan government has declared Gwadar as calamity-hit. All educational institutions have been closed for one week.
