Three friends drowned in Nankana canal

NANKANA SAHIB (92 News) - Three friends drowned while taking bath in Chandarkot canal in Nankana on late Friday, rescuers and police said. The ill-fated victims belonging to Sheikhupura, turned up at the canal to take bath and drowned. Witnesses alerted Rescue 1122 and police. The bodies were retrieved from the deep water by divers after hectic efforts. Police are dealing the case.
