Three injured in scuffles during Mandi Bahaudin by-polls

MANDI BAHAUDIN (92 News) –The supporters of candidates for NA-108 by-elections quarreled with each other, suspending polling at two polling stations. The incidents occurred at polling station Nos 133 and 136 after which the PML-N and the PTI workers had a quarrel after exchanging hot words. Candidates from PML-N, PTI, Jamaat-e-Islami, and the PML-Q are contesting the by-elections. However, a tough contest is going on between PML-N’s Mumtaz Tarrar and PTI’s Tariq Tarrar. Ijaz Ahmad Chaudhary was declared winner in 2013 general elections, but the result was declared null and void on the petition of PML’s candidate.
