FAISLABAD (92 News) – As many as three bystanders were killed by a high-speeding bus near Sargodha road on Wednesday. As per details, the driver of the bus lost control over the vehicle, due to which the bus first crushed an oncoming car, and then three people standing on the side to death. As a result, 8-year-old Haider, 14-year-old Sufian and 23-year-old Muneer were killed on the spot. The locals turned violent and gathered around the bus, taking the driver out and subjecting him to physical torture, before handing him over to the police for registration of case. People complained that high-speeding vehicles, and absence of a clear demarcation of two-way lanes results in such mishaps on daily basis. “The government should ensure check on high-speeding buses, trucks and other vehicles,” said the family member of one of the deceased.
