Three-member LHC bench formed to hear petition against PTI’s Nov 2 protest
LAHORE (92 News) – Chief Justice Lahore High Court (LHC) Justice Mansoor Ali Shah has on Monday constituted a three-member bench to hear cases on petitions against shutting down of the federal capital by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) on November 2.
The three-member bench would start hearing from October 26.
The bench will be headed Lahore High Court’s most senior judge Justice Hameed Dar comprises Justice Anwaarul Haq and Justice Qasim Khan.
A citizen namely Atif Sattar approached the LHC against shutting down of Islamabad by the PTI requesting the court to stop party chairman Imran Khan from shutting down the city.
