ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Three more cases of Omicron were confirmed in Islamabad on Wednesday.

According to sources in the Health Department, the total number of cases has increased to 78. In Islamabad, the number of Omicron cases has risen to 20.

The people meeting and living with the patients are being traced. The first Omicron case was confirmed in Islamabad on December 25.

Health experts have demanded strict implementation of the SOPs and vaccination to control the spread of Omicron.

Meanwhile, the Saudi government has again placed the restrictions of wearing masks and maintaining the social distance. The people not wearing the masks will be fined.
