Three soldiers martyred, two terrorists killed in exchange of fire in Kurram

RAWALPINDI (92 News) - Three soldiers were martyred and two terrorists killed in an exchange of fire in general area Arawali, Kurram District on Thursday.

Pak Army troops fought bravely and effectively engaged the terrorists' location. During the intense exchange of fire, two terrorists were killed. Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the killed terrorists.

The killed terrorists remained actively involved in terrorist activities against security forces.

However during the fierce exchange of fire, Subedar Shuja Muhammad (age 43 years, a resident of Khairpur), Naik Muhammad Ramazan (age 32 years, a resident of Khuzdar) and Sepoy Abdul Rehman (age 30 years, a resident of Sukkur) having fought gallantly and embraced martyrdom.

Sanitization of the area is being carried out to eliminate any terrorists found in the area. The Pakistan Army is determined to eliminating the menace of terrorism and such sacrifices of our brave soldiers further strengthen our resolve.
