Today SC annulled NRO-II, says legal expert Raja Amir

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Legal expert Raja Amir said that today the Supreme Court of Pakistan had annulled the NRO-II.

Talking to the media on Friday, he said that the National Accountability Bureau will not file a review petition. "It seems that a strong team of the NAB will appear after the verdict," he added.

He opined that the NAB will more strengthened to stop corruption. "There is need to increase the number of prosecutors," he added.

Khawaja Ihsan Ahmed, a legal expert, said that NAB amendments carried some much-needed things. "This verdict should have been announced during the previous government. Justice Mansoor Ali Shah had recommended to send the case to the parliament. It is parliament's job to do legislation," he maintained.
