Torture of girl: Main accused tortured by lawyers, remanded for five days

FAISALABAD (92 News) - A local court remanded the main accused Sheikh Danish in the police custody for five days.

Lawyers tortured Sheikh Danish outside court when he was produced. The police rescued and took him to a nearby courtroom. The counsel for the accused contended that his client had been kept in illegal custody for 24 hours.

Khadija's lawyer stated that how a person who made the girl lick the shoes before his family can be gentle. "The victims' brothers are settled in England and Australia and she is in no need to blackmail him for money," he contended.

Meanwhile, the police have added the sections 365 and 452 to the FIR.

On the other hand, evidence of sexual torture has been found in the medical report of the victim. Samples have been sent to Lahore for analysis.

According to a video posted by her on July 23, 2021, Khadija had apologized to Sheikh Danish and his family. Despite it, Khadija was allegedly kidnapped and tortured.
