Toshakhana reference: Court postpones indictment of Imran Khan till Feb 28

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The sessions court postponed the indictment of PTI chairman Imran Khan in the criminal proceedings in the Toshakhana reference.

The court accepted Imran Khan's plea for exemption from attendance.  

Addressing the Imran Khan's counsel, the court remarked that they have been continuously been accepting the client's requests. It directed the counsel to bring the client on the next date of hearing.

Meanwhile, counsel for the ECP requested the court to conduct the medical examination of Imran Khan.
