ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal adjourned the indictment of PTI chairman Imran Khan in the Toshakhana case till March 30.

Imran Khan reached the gate of the court, but could not enter it due to police action against the PTI workers who reached there. On his failure to enter court, he was summoned in person on March 30. The court also cancelled his arrest warrants.

The judge ruled that arguments will be listened on the maintainbility of the case.

Earlier, Imran Khan reached the judicial complex hours late. The court allowed him to go back after marking his attendance. However, the court officials did not get the signature of Imran Khan from his vehicle.

The next hearing will be held in F-8 Court. Meanwhile, Imran Khan's counsel has announced to file a plea for exemption from attendance.

On the other hand, the missing of the police file remained a mystery during the hearing. The injured SP appeared before court and said that the order sheet did not bear the signature. He said that he did not know about the file.

During the hearing, the PTI workers scuffled with the police outside the Judicial Complex. The workers also pelted the police with stones and set ablaze over 25 vehicles, including a police mobile van.

The protesters also burnt a police picket and trees. They also attacked the police with petrol bombs. Nine policemen were injured in the clashes with the police.

Several PTI workers have been arrested for violating the Section 144.
