Tourists granted conditional permission to enter Murree

MURREE (92 News) – Tourists were granted a conditional permission to enter Murree on Saturday.

According to a notification issued by the Rawalpindi district administration after a meeting with the District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), only 8,000 vehicles will be allowed to enter Murree daily.

The entry will be banned from 5pm to 5am. The vehicles of the Pak Army and residents from Murree and Azad Jammu and Kashmir will be exempted from the ban.

The Murree Chief Traffic Officer will be responsible for stopping the vehicles. He will prepare a traffic plan and remain a close contact with the Met Office.
