Tourtured housemaid Tayyaba goes missing

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Ten-year-old housemaid Tayyaba, tortured by the wife of an additional sessions judge, went missing on Thursday as a team of Child Protection Bureau reached her house in Faisalabad to recover her. The members of the family claimed to have no information of the girl. Meanwhile, IHC registrar submitted a report in the Supreme Court regarding the matter. The report includes the statements of the girl and the additional session judge, peace treaty and the details of the investigation by police. The medical board comprising PIMS doctors constituted for Tayyaba’s examination on the order of Chief Justice of Pakistan Saqib Nisar will hold a meeting tomorrow at 11am. Tayyaba, 10, had stated before a magistrate that the family of Additional Sessions Judge Raja Khurram Ali Khan had tortured her for misplacing a broom.
