Traders announce ‘Tahaffuz Maishat March’ in Islamabad on Oct 7

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Traders have announced that they will launch the Tahaffuz Maishat March from Melody Market to Parliament on October 7. Addressing a press conference on Monday, Markazi Tanzeem Tajran Pakistan president Kashif Ch said that the government is destroying the economy under instructions from the International Monetary Fund. “All industrialists and traders are worried, while markets have been deserted,” he said. He said that they had postponed their protest in August on assurance of getting their demands accepted. “The government has practically done nothing,” he said. The Markazi Tanzeem Tajran Pakistan president said it is time to take practical steps for protecting traders and economy. “We presented a 32-point agenda against government’s anti-industry policies,” he said. He said that the FBR had assured to accept their demands, including fixed tax. Kashif Ch also announced to hold a Tajir Bachao Conference to decided the next future strategy.
