ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Traders have demanded to make the federal capital a protest-free city.

The demand was made by the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce delegation with Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah during a meeting on Monday.

They said that business is badly affected due to long march and sit-ins in Islamabad. "The long march paralyzes the life in Islamabad. A bill should be table in the parliament to make Islamabad a protest-free city," they demanded.

They said that the diplomatic community is also disturbed due to the political invasion on Islamabad.

The traders also demanded immediate removal of containers from the roads.

The minister assured the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce delegation of taking all legal steps for the protection of traders and citizens.
