Transparency International report exposed performance of govt: Hamza Shahbaz

LAHORE (92 News) – Opposition Leader in the Punjab Assembly Hamza Shahbaz said that the Transparency International report had exposed the performance of the government.

Talking to the media outside the Punjab Assembly on Friday, he questioned that for how long the government will continue to accuse previous governments of their failures.

He said that the government was staging a drama over the Broadsheet issue.

Hamza Shahbaz said that the PML-N had produced 12,000 megawatts of power after getting a loan of Rs 11,000 billion. "The PTI government made the economy after getting loans of Rs 11,000 billion in just two years."

He said that the purchasing power of the poor had ended. "There will be a horrible story of the failure whenever he will leave the stage. Today the inflation is at its peak and the circular debt has reached Rs 2,400 billion," he maintained.

He also criticized Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar for holding meetings with the opposition parliamentarians.
