Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan congratulates PM Shehbaz Sharif

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan congratulated Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on assuming the office as 23rd prime minister of Pakistan.

In a telephonic conversation on Monday, he said that he was very glad on the election of Shehbaz Sharif as the prime minister. "Pakistan and Turkey are trustworthy brothers. I believe that the brotherly relations between both countries will enhance under your leadership," he added.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that want to further bring closer the relations between both countries. He thanked the Turkish president for congratulating him.
