KARACHI/D G KHAN/ MIRPUR KHAS/MURIDKE (92 News) - As many 12 people lost their lives in separate road mishaps that happened in different parts of the country in the last 24 hours, rescuers and police said. Four motorcyclists racing with each other at Sea View in Karachi when they were knocked down by a car. Two motorcyclists died on the spot while as many succumbed to their wounds at a hospital. Police identified the dead as Muhammad Samee, Sarim, Shah Zeb and Mooeez who all were residents of Korangi. According to police, the youngster were racing with each other recklessly. In Dera Ghazi Khan, a bus hit a motorcycle, leaving four members of a family dead. Four people lost their lives in a collision between a van and a truck near Sindhri in Mirpur Khas. Two brothers Irfan and Arsalan were killed after a motorcycle they were riding was hit by a truck on G T Road in Muridke. The bodies were handed over to next of kin after legal formalities.
