LAHORE (Web Desk) - The Supreme Court (SC) on Friday has disqualified Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif after a damning corruption probe into his family wealth. The verdict was unanimously delivered by five members of SC headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa. “He is no more eligible to be an honest member of the parliament, and he ceases to be holding the office of prime minister,” Judge Ejaz Afzal Khan said in the court. SC also disqualied Finance Minister Ishaq Dar while the court has ordered NAB to file a reference against Nawaz's dughter Maryam Nawaz and his son-in-law Captain Safdar. The court also directed NAB to complete Panamagate's investigation within six weeks.
