Cop killed, two injured in firing near Lahore Lady Willingdon Hospital

LAHORE (92 News) – A constable was killed while two others were injured when unknown people opened fire on them near Lady Willingdon Hospital on Tuesday. A CIA team was going to arrest dacoits when they came under fire. The injured were shifted to Mayo Hospital in a critical condition where one of them died. Lahore CCPO Amin Vains said that the policemen were going to arrest accused on a tip-off, but information got leaked. Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has taken notice of the incident. He directed to arrest the accused immediately and provide the injured the best medical treatment.
