Two cops martyred as blast hits police truck in Quetta

QUETTA (92 News) – At least two police personnel were martyred and ten others including three citizens injured when a roadside bomb exploded near police truck at Saryab Road on Tuesday. As per details, the blast occurred at Saryab Road when a police mobile was patrolling the area, killing two police personnel on the spot and injuring ten others including three citizens. Law enforcement agencies and rescue officials reached the scene and cordoned off the area. The investigators collected the evidence from the spot. The rescue officials shifted the bodies and injured to nearby hospital for medical treatment. The security forces have launched a search operation in the area for the arrest of the accused. On the other hand, Balochistan Chief Minister Nawab Sanaullah Zehri strongly condemned the loss of lives in the incident and said that the terrorists cannot terrify the people. He directed the security forces to carry out decisive action against terrorists.
