Two cops martyred, dacoit killed in Shikarpur encounter

SHIKARPUR (92 News) – Two policemen were martyred while a dacoit was killed in an encounter in Katcha area of Shikarpur on Saturday. The dacoit was identified as Nazroo who carried Rs 20 million as head money. The SHO was also injured in the encounter. Later, funeral of the two martyred policemen was offered at Police Lines. IG Sindh has announced Rs 10 million and two jobs to each bereaved family. Moreover, full salary will be given to the families of the martyred policemen.
