Two death-row prisoners hanged in different jails, another escapes the noose

LAHORE (92 News) – At least two death-row prisoners convicted of murder were executed in different jails and another escaped the noose on Wednesday. As per details, a death-row prisoner Shabbir was hanged to death in Haripur Central Jail. Shabbir was convicted of murdering a trader in 1997 in Rawalpindi. On the other hand, a death-row prisoner Allah Ditta was hanged to death in Lahore’s Kot Lakhpat Central Jail. Allah Ditta was convicted of murder 13 years ago. Meanwhile, a death-row prisoner Abbas escaped the noose after the plaintiff forgave him. The death-row prisoners met their families for the last time. The bodies were handed over to the heirs.
