Two injured as power protesters baton-charged in Karachi

KARACHI (92 News) – Two people were injured when police baton-charged power protesters on Hub River Road. Hundreds of people staged a demonstration and blocked the road on both sides. A long queue of vehicles was witnessed on the road. The police resorted to baton-charge and aerial firing to disperse the protesters. As a result, two people were injured and shifted to hospital.
