Two injured in cylinder blast in Karachi

KARACHI (92 News) – At least two people were injured when a cylinder exploded at a bakery in Defence-2 area of Karachi in the wee hours of Tuesday. According to the reports, the explosion was so severe that the bakery was completely destroyed and the glasses of other buildings also broke. Cars parked outside the bakery were also partially damaged. Police and rescue teams reached the spot after the explosion. Rescue teams have shifted the injured to a nearby hospital for treatment. The police stated that the blast seems to be cause of cylinder in preliminary investigation but this will be clarified by the bomb disposal team later.
