Two kids tortured after being hanged upside down in Okara village

OKARA (92 News) – Two children were tortured after being hanged upside down by a tailor in 40/4-L on Saturday. Yaqoob had sent the kids to bazaar for purchasing some items, but they brought wrong things. The stone-hearted man hanged the kids upside down and tortured them severely. When 92 News raised the issue, Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar took action and ordered his immediate arrest. The police have arrested Yaqoob after registering a case against him. Children’s parents told 92 News that the accused is their neighbor. “We were not at home when the incident occurred,” they said. They said that they are poor people and stern action should be taken against the accused so that no such incident should repeat.
