Two killed, four injured in bus, car collision in Karachi

KARACHI (92 News) – At least two persons were killed and four were injured when a bus collided with a car in Karachi on early Friday. According to the details garnered, the speeding passenger bus collided with a car near Khayan-e-Ittehad area of Karachi. Resulting, two people dead identified as Hassan and Hamayun. It was also reported that the accident was occurred due to the negligence of the bus driver. The rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the dead and injured to hospital. The driver of the bus fled from the scene after the accident. On the other hand, two people were also injured in an accident in Do Darya area of Karachi. Earlier, five people were killed and more than thirteen others wounded in collision between a trailer and a passenger bus on motorway near Kalar Kahar in Chakwal. According to the details garnered, the trailer crossed the divider line being uncontrolled and collided with a passenger bus near Kalar Kahar. It was also reported that the accident took place due to brake failure of the trailer. Due to the accident, five people were died on the spot and 15 were injured. The rescue teams arrived on the scene and injured persons shifted to nearby hospital.
