Two major generals promoted to rank of Lieutenant General

RAWALPINDI (92 News) – Two Major Generals were promoted to the rank of Lieutenant General on Monday. The promoted major generals are: Major General Ali Amir Awan and Major General Muhammad Saeed. Meanwhile, Lieutenant General Sahir Shamshad Mirza has been appointed Chief of General Staff, while Lieutenant General Nadeem Zaki Manj has been appointed DG SPD. Moreover, Lieutenant General Muhammad Amir has been appointed Adjutant General. Lieutenant General Shaheen Mazhar Mehmood and Lieutenant General Nauman Mahmood have been appointed Commander Mangla Corps and Commander Peshawar Corps. On the other hand, Lieutenant General Muhammad Saeed has been appointed President NDU, while Lieutenant General Ali Amir Awan has been made IG C & IT.
