Two Pakistani civilians martyred in unprovoked fire by India at LoC

RAWALPINDI (92 News) – An elderly woman and a teenage boy were martyred and three others injured after Indian forces opened unprovoked fire at the Line of Control (LoC) in Nakial and Rakh sectors on late Sunday.

According to Inter-Services Public Relations, the Indian Army opened unprovoked fire, targeting civilian areas along the LoC.

The two martyred people were identified as 60-year-old Salamat Bibi, and 13-year-old Zeeshan Ayub, while three others, including two women, were wounded as well.

The injured were shifted to a nearby hospital for immediate medical attention, the ISPR said.

The Pakistan Army responded effectively to India's unprovoked firing, it added.

The relations between Pakistan and India have been soaring after Indian armed forces are continuously committing unproved firing along the LoC and martyring Pakistani and Azad Kashmir citizens.

The border violations have grown manifolds during Modi regime after Pulwana attack and Balakot airstrikes.

The lockdown of Occupied Kashmir following invoking of special status by Indian government has further added fuel to the fire and heightened regional security risks.

Prime Minister Imran Khan has recently warned the United Nations that the latest Kashmir situation could spark nuclear war between Pakistan and India.
