Two teen girls given in Vani for father's marriage with a widow in Alipur

MUZAFFARGARH (92 News) – Two teen girls were given in Vani in for marrying a widow in Alipur tehsil on Wednesday. Muhammad Aslam, a resident of Basti Mottanwala, married a widow. Former councilor Abdul Hameed, Bakhat Ali and his accomplices summoned a punchayat when the couple returned to the village. The punchayat, a village jury, decided to give six-year-old Iqra and seven-year-old Samina, daughters of Aslam, in Vani. Muhammad Aslam and his wife Razia Bibi have protested against the punchayat decision. They said that the accused were hurling them death threats. They appealed to Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif to take notice of the incident.
