Two workers die after taking poisonous food in Manga Mandi

LAHORE (92 News) – Two workers died and seven others were hospitalized after consuming poisonous food in a textile factory in Manga Mandi area on Thursday. After the incident, factory workers staged a demonstration against the factory administration. They alleged that they were being given poisonous food and five people have died in week. The Rescue 1122 told 92 News that complaints of poisonous food from the factory had already been received. When contacted, the Lahore police said that the Kasur police were investigating the matter.
