RAWALPINDI (92 News) – A two-year-old baby boy was martyred while four citizens injured in Indian unprovoked ceasefire violations in four sectors along the Line of Control (LoC) during the last 24 hours. According to a series tweets by Inter Services Public Relations Director General Maj Gen Babar Iftikhar on Monday, Indian Army troops in total disregard to ceasefire agreement and international conventions initiated unprovoked ceasefire violations along the Line of Control (LOC) and deliberately targeted civilian population in Baroh, Dhudnial, Rakhchikri and Chirikot sectors. Due to indiscriminate Indian fire of heavy weapons and mortars, two-year-old Muhammad Haseeb embraced martyrdom in Dhudnial sector, while four citizens, including a woman and 72-year-old man, were injured in Baroh, Rakhchikri and Chirikot sectors. The injured have been evacuated to a nearby health facility for necessary treatment. Meanwhile, Pakistan army troops effectively responded and targeted those Indian posts which initiated fire.
