Underground realities forced India to speak the truth: DG ISPR

RAWALPINDI (92 News) - After Indian External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj’s confession, Inter-Service Public Relation (ISPR) Director General Maj Gen Asif Ghafoor on Thursday said that finally truth underground reality compulsions. In his tweet, the ISPR director general said that underground realities made force India to speak the truth. “Finally the truth under ground reality compulsions. Hopefully, so will be about other false Indian claims ie surgical strike 2016, denial of shooting down of 2 IAF jets by PAF and claim about F16. Better late than never,” Maj Gen Asif Ghafoor tweeted. https://twitter.com/OfficialDGISPR/status/1118907075957010432 The DG ISPR also shared the story of Indian media, in which, Sushma Swaraj confessed her fake claims about Balakot attack. Indian newspaper ‘Times of India’ reported that BJP leader Sushma Swaraj said no Pakistani soldier or citizen died in the air strike carried out by the Indian Air Force across the border in response to the Pulwama terror attack in February. Addressing women party workers here, she stressed on a 2014-like full majority BJP-led government this time also, saying former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee could not do everything which he wanted to because he was heading a coalition administration.
Media, defence attachés visit impact site of Indian air violation in Balakot
On April 11, a group of international media journalists mostly India-based and ambassadors and defence attachés of various countries in Pakistan visited impact site of the February 26 Indian air violation, near Jabba, Balakot.

According to a press release, the DG ISPR briefed the group about details of the event negating repeated false Indian claims with ground realities. Visitors were shown bomb craters of denied Indian air strike attempt in barren open spaces with no loss to life or infrastructure.

The group also visited nearby ‘madrassa’ claimed by India for having been struck and killing scores of terrorists. Visitors freely interacted with students and teachers and saw for themselves that the ‘madrassa’ stood on ground untouched with only innocent local children undergoing education. The DG ISPR reiterated that India instead of pursuing false claims should accept the reality, stay a responsible state for peace in the region and especially to look inward to identify reasons for out of hand situation inside Indian Occupied Jammu & Kashmir. Later, the group visited APS Swat, a state-of-the-art education facility with computer and science labs, auditorium and sports stadium. This was established by Pakistan Army as a gift for resilient people of Swat in recognition of their contributions and sacrifices in defeating terrorism as terrorists had specially targeted educational institutions during the unrest. Later, the group also visited Sabaoon (morning light) de-radicalization Centre Malakand a rehabilitation facility for psychologically treating indoctrinated juvenile and help them return to normal life and become useful citizens of society.
At least 19 pine trees damaged in Balakot strike
Earlier, at least 19 pine trees were damaged due to the payload dropped by the Indian aircrafts in Balakot, sources in Forest Department. According to the sources, the Forest Department had sent a final report in this regard to the federal government. Observers of the United Nations, World Wide Fund (WWF) for Nature and other international environmental bodies will also visit Jaba village, area of Balakot on Thursday. The international observers will prepare a comprehensive report on damage to environment due to the payload dropped by Indian fighter jets in haste, who had violated the Line of Control (LoC) on February 26. The Indian aircrafts had violated the LoC, following which Pakistan Air Force immediately scrambled and Indian aircraft went back dripping payload near a village in Balakot.
