Unknown accused storm house, injure federal minister in Karachi

KARACHI (92 News) – Unknown accused stormed the house of Federal Minister for Narcotics Control Ali Muhammad Mahar and injured him on when he offered resistance Monday morning. The accused said to be eight held his employees hostage and tortured Ali Muhammad Mahar who received injuries to his forehead and head. He has been shifted to his house after treatment. However, the condition of the minister is stated to be out of danger. Addressing a press conference outside his house, SSP South Pir Muhammad Shah said that apparently the incident seems to be a dacoity, but they will investigate the case from each angle. Meanwhile, IGP SiIndh Kaleem Imam has sought a report on the incident. PTI leader Shehryar Mahar said that Ali Muhammad did not have security and his condition is stated to be critical. Ali Muhammad Mahar has also served as the Sindh chief minister.
