Unprovoked Indian firing at working boundary martyr two civilians

SIALKOT (92 News) – At least two Pakistani civilians were killed when Indian Border Force resorted to unprovoked firing on Harpal and Chuprar sectors of Working Boundary in Sialkot district in the wee hours of Monday. In a statement issued by the ISPR, an exchange of fire started early in the morning on Harpal, Chuprar, Phaklian and Charwah sectors of Working Boundary in Sialkot district in the wake of the Indian aggression, killing two Pakistani civilians. However, befitting response from Pakistan army silenced the Indian guns. In a statement, Foreign Office Spokesman Nafees Zakaria said Indian troops targeted civilians in violation of ceasefire agreement. He said that heating up of Working Boundary and Line of Control by India is endangering peace in the region. Earlier, Foreign Office spokesperson Nafees Zakaria said that India violated ceasefire for over 90 times during the current year. Reacting to ceasefire violations by India, he said that India recently violated ceasefire twice by resorting to unprovoked firing along that Line of Control (LoC). The Spokesman further demanded India to stop ceasefire violations along the LoC.
