NEW YORK (92 News) – Pakistan's permanent representative to the United Nations Maleeha Lodhi has said that decolonization agenda would remain incomplete without settling the Kashmir dispute between India and Pakistan on the basis of UN Security Council resolutions. Addressing the General Assembly's Special Political and Decolonization Committee, she said that the Security Council had pledged the right of self-determination to the Kashmiri people. She said for over six decades it had failed to hold a plebiscite to allow the Kashmiri people to determine their destiny.
