Verdict on Justice Qazi Faez Isa's review petition tied, wife's review petitions accepted

ISLAMABAD (92 News) –The Supreme Court full bench tied the verdict on the review petition of Justice Qazi Faez Isa against the presidential reference while accepted his wife's review petitions by 6-4.

The verdict was tied with 5-5. Justice Umar Atta Bandial, Justice Muneeb Akhtar, Justice Qazi Ameen and Justice Sajjad Ali Shah wrote the dissent note, while Justice Yahya Afridi dismissed the petition.

Moreover, the court also accepted the review petitions of the lawyers organizations.
