Verdict proves NAB decision was based on revenge: Ahsan Iqbal

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – PML-N Ahsan Iqbal said that the IHC verdict proves that the NAB decision was based on revenge. Talking to the media after the verdict on Wednesday, he said that the objective of Nawaz’s sentence was to oust him from the elections and make Imran successful. He said that the NAB verdict based on revenge had been suspended. “The trial is very important. Even a blind person could observe that there is no law and constitution in the verdict. It was only based on revenge and pre-poll rigging,” he maintained. He congratulated the people and PML-N workers on the IHC verdict. PML-N leader Khawaja Asif thanked Allah Almighty on the suspension of sentences. “Today justice has won. We congratulated Nawaz lovers,” he said. He said that Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz and Capt (retd) Safdar will be acquitted in all cases.
