Victimization of opposition continues during global pandemic: Bilawal Bhutto

KARACHI (92 News) – PPP chairman Bilawal Bhuttto Zardari has said that the victimization of the opposition is continuing during the global coroanvirus pandemic. Reacting to the indictment of his father Asif Zardari and Faryal Talpur in a tweet on Monday, he said that Asif Zardari and Faryal Talpur had been facing courts, jail and exit control list for the last two years. "The runaway dictator traitor, three special assistants, ministers and PMs sister will not be summoned because we have two laws in the country," he added. https://twitter.com/BBhuttoZardari/status/1310481393328193536?s=20 Meanwhile, PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has strongly condemned the arrest of Mian Shahbaz Sharif. In a statement, he said: "The Imran Khan regime is frightened by the opposition alliance Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) and has resorted to highhandedness against the opposition leaders." He said that that sending NAB notices and making arrests of opposition leaders showed that the regime is scared of the unity. He demanded immediate release of Shehbaz Sharif and an end to use of NAB as a tool for political victimisation. The PPP chairman said that a runaway dictator who is facing heinous and serious charges but no notice was issued nor was he arrested. "Serious allegations are also levelled against Imran Khan’s sister and his Special Assistants but they are never summoned," he added. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari made it clear that the regime cannot impede people’s resistance by targeting the opposition leaders and challenged the regime to do whatever it can but the PDM’s struggle would not stop.
