Video of DG ISPR playing cricket on a road in Karachi goes viral

KARACHI (92 News) – A video showing DG ISPR Maj Gen Asif Ghafoor playing cricket on a road in Karachi has gone viral. The DG ISPR, without any protocol and security, took selfies with youths and had gossip with them. Former cricketer Shahid Afridi, while sharing the video on his Twitter account, thanked the brave security forces of Pakistan. The DG ISPR said: “Owing to efforts of Pak Army, Rangers, police and other law enforcement agencies, peace has returned to the city that was hit by terrorism in the past.” After the return of peace, youths are seen playing cricket on roads at night.
