Waheed Alam, Mian Marghoob among 140 booked for staging demo

LAHORE (92 News) – The Civil Lines police have registered a case against 140 workers, including Waheed Alam Khan and Mian Marghoob, for staging a demonstration against the arrest of PML-N president Shehbaz Sharif. Both leaders had blocked Lahore Regal Chowk by burning tyres. On the other hand, a large number of PML-N workers gathered outside the accountability court and chanted slogans the arrest of Shehbaz Sharif. They termed the arrest a revengeful action by the government. The protesters demanded immediate arrest of Shehbaz Sharif.
