Wasim Akram survives attack in Karachi ; Sindh CM takes notice

KARACHI (92 News) – Former cricket team captain Wasim Akram survived an attack on his vehicle in Karsaz Road on Wednesday. The attackers riding a vehicle managed to escape. Wasim Akram said that he had given the number of the vehicle being used by the attackers. He said that he was going to National Stadium when a man seems to be an official opened fire on his vehicle. Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah has taken notice of the incident. Meanwhile, PTI chairman Imran Khan and Shahid Afridi have condemned the attack and demanded immediate arrest of the attacker.
